Everything you see, including yourself is made up of energy.  Sometimes, unfortunately our homes or spaces can house negative and harmful energies that you may not be aware of.

Home and space cleansing is also known as smudging and is an ancient practice of removing negative energy by using a smudge stick. This is a stick made up of a special selection of dried plants and herbs which is burned and the smoke is then fanned throughout a home or space to clear the negative energy. All too often people don't realise that negative energy in their home or space can have an equally negative impact on their own lives or even thoughts.
