Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you uncover and understand the limiting beliefs and where they stem from that inform your thinking and by extension your behavior.
By gaining an understanding of these beliefs, the therapy gives you the tools to make the necessary changes to become a more positive you and so develop the confidence to move forward and achieve those illusive dreams and goals.
